Work

I build technology for logistics.

Most of my work sits where freight operations, software, automation, data and people meet.

Ceedbox

Making freight technology simpler.

My current focus: building an integrated logistics technology business around simpler workflows, better connected data and useful automation.

Principle

Adoption is part of the product.

A system can be technically correct and still fail. If the people doing the job do not want to use it, the design is not finished.

What I keep coming back to

Simplification

Complex businesses naturally accumulate process, systems and handovers. Good technology should remove some of that weight, not digitise every bit of it.

Operational reality

Software has to survive the busy Tuesday afternoon, not just the product demo.

Automation

Automate the repetitive parts while keeping the right decisions, exceptions and controls visible to people.

AI

I’m interested in practical AI inside real workflows — especially where it can identify, recommend, explain or assist without pretending uncertainty does not exist.

Systems

The problem is often not one application. It is the gaps between people, processes, data and applications.
